Sheel Patel, MD
ANESTHESIOLOGY
Dr. Patel is Board Certified in Anesthesiology & Pain Management. He received his Medical Degree at West Virginia University School of Medicine, completed his Anesthesiology Residency at Rush University Medical Center and his Chronic Pain Medicine Fellowship at The Cleveland Clinic Foundation. He is a member of the American Society of Anesthesiologists and the American Medical Association. Dr. Patel has treated a wide variety of chronic pain conditions under the tutelage of world-renowned experts in the fields of neuropathic, degenerative and oncologic pain.
Shaan H. Khan, MD
ANESTHESIOLOGY
Dr. Khan is Board Certified in Anesthesiology. He received his Medical Degree at Ross University School of Medicine and completed his Anesthesiology Residency and Pain Management Fellowship at Upstate University Hospital. Dr. Khan is a member of the American Society of Anesthesiologists and the American Pakistani Physicians of North America. Dr. Khan is trained in the diagnosis and management of Chronic Pain from a variety of pathologies including Spine, Neuropathy, Cancer, and other complex pain sources.
Dr. Shreyasi Dalal, MD
ANESTHESIOLOGY
Dr. Dalal has more than 30 years of clinical experience, specializing in Anesthesiology. She completed her residency at Ravenswood Hospital Chicago and further medical education and training at Medical College of Wisconsin, after having earned her medical degree from Gujarat University in India. Dr. Dalal is a member of the American Society of Anesthesiologists.
Jessica Diehl, NP
Nurse Practitioner
Jessica Diehl is a board-certified nurse practitioner. She completed her Master of Science in Nursing with a concentration in Adult Gerontology Acute Care at Nova Southeastern University in 2020. She specializes in musculoskeletal medicine including six years of orthopedic surgery experience. In her free time, Jessica enjoys being outdoors, listening to music, and spending time with her husband and five children as well as her three dogs.
Kathryn Howell, FNP
Nurse Practitioner
Kathryn Howell, or Katie, is a Registered Nurse and Nurse Practitioner. She completed her Bachelors and Masters degrees in Nursing at Indiana University Northwest in Gary, Indiana. She is board certified through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and specializes in family medicine and women’s health. In her freetime, Katie loves watching sports, especially if her two kids are involved, and she even plays in a women’s fast pitch league. If she’s not doing that, she loves just being at home with her husband, kids, and their pets.
