Sheel Patel, MD
ANESTHESIOLOGY
Dr. Patel is Board Certified in Anesthesiology & Pain Management. He received his Medical Degree at West Virginia University School of Medicine, completed his Anesthesiology Residency at Rush University Medical Center and his Chronic Pain Medicine Fellowship at The Cleveland Clinic Foundation. He is a member of the American Society of Anesthesiologists and the American Medical Association. Dr. Patel has treated a wide variety of chronic pain conditions under the tutelage of world-renowned experts in the fields of neuropathic, degenerative and oncologic pain.
Shaan H. Khan, MD
ANESTHESIOLOGY
Dr. Khan is Board Certified in Anesthesiology. He received his Medical Degree at Ross University School of Medicine and completed his Anesthesiology Residency and Pain Management Fellowship at Upstate University Hospital. Dr. Khan is a member of the American Society of Anesthesiologists and the American Pakistani Physicians of North America. Dr. Khan is trained in the diagnosis and management of Chronic Pain from a variety of pathologies including Spine, Neuropathy, Cancer, and other complex pain sources.
Dr. Shreyasi Dalal, MD
ANESTHESIOLOGY
Dr. Dalal has more than 30 years of clinical experience, specializing in Anesthesiology. She completed her residency at Ravenswood Hospital Chicago and further medical education and training at Medical College of Wisconsin, after having earned her medical degree from Gujarat University in India. Dr. Dalal is a member of the American Society of Anesthesiologists.
Alaina Tatum, PA-C
Physician Assistant
Alaina Tatum is a nationally certified physician assistant. She completed her Bachelor of Science degree in Medical Laboratory Sciences at West Virginia University in Morgantown, West Virginia. She then earned her Master of Science degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Shenandoah University in Winchester, Virginia. She is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. She is a current member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and Indiana Academy of PAs.
